Olivia and Michael’s wedding was a love letter to their hometown of Mystic, Connecticut, where they have years of special memories together. At the start of their engagement, they began planning a large, traditional wedding, but quickly knew that wasn't them. So instead, they invited their closest circle of family and friends to a one-of-a-kind sailboat wedding! 

Before the sail, they had a sweet first look, and then wandered through town, stopping at their favorite spots—the record store, their go-to coffee shop, and the drawbridge, which happened to be up for the perfect photo op. It was so them.

 Then, they set sail on the Mystic Aria, tying the knot on the Mystic River in a personal ceremony officiated by a friend. The celebration was laid-back, fun, and full of meaning, ending with a cozy dinner reception at the Dog Watch—just the way they wanted it. I absolutely when couples throw out the rulebook and design a day that feels true to them. Olivia and Michael’s wedding was exactly that—intentional, personal, and rooted in what they love most.
